CREATE. DON’T REPLICATE!

At Rachel Brown Homes, we work with a draftsman to create a home specifically designed to your lifestyle. We work “from scratch” using your ideas and “vision”, as well as pictures, magazines, online resources, and Rachel’s design skills to assist you with the designing and drawing plans of your dream home.

WALK AWAY FROM THE “ASSEMBLY LINE” DESIGN APPROACH!

“Production Home” Design Centers that “claim” to build “custom” are very limited. Don’t be fooled. Rachel personally meets with you at multiple vendor’s showrooms to pick your selections from vast collections of lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and flooring just to name a few.

WORRIED ABOUT YOUR BUDGET?

Let us worry about the numbers for you! We work diligently to hire the best quality sub-contractors and vendors for the best pricing, and because we pick out all your selections with you, we help keep you in budget while still giving you the “Style” and “Function” you desire.
